Last summer, I had the joy of taking an amazing vacation in Jamaica with my daughters. It was extra special because it was our very first time traveling out of the country together. From the moment we arrived, the ocean views and stunning scenery took our breath away; everywhere we turned felt like a postcard come to life.
The trip became even more memorable as we celebrated my dear friend Jumoke’s 50th birthday while we were there. Being able to honor such a milestone in such a beautiful setting made the experience all the more meaningful. But the best part of it all? Sharing laughter, joy, and unforgettable moments with my daughters. Those memories are treasures I’ll carry with me forever.
That trip reminded me of the importance of making time for experiences that bring us closer together. I plan on adding more travels to our schedule, even if it’s just once a year, because the gift of time and shared adventure is truly priceless.
