Last year, I traveled to Washington, D.C. for my yearly conference and booked a king-size room at the Downtown DC Westin Hotel. When I arrived, I was told all the king rooms were full, so I was given a room with two queen beds instead. At first, I wasn’t sure how I felt about the change, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise.
The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with just the right balance of comfort and style. The beds were cozy, and there was plenty of space to relax and unwind after long conference sessions. Sometimes those little unexpected changes work out better than planned!
If you ever find yourself in D.C., I’d definitely recommend the Downtown DC Westin Hotel. It’s a great option if you’re looking for both comfort and convenience in the heart of the city.
